Refund Policy

Our policy is 7 days for returns. If it has been 7 days since we received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We will not accept even minimally damaged products. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be considered. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed (within 60 days) and we will refund the amount spent to the original payment method.
If you still have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially registered. YOUR RETURN WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT REACHES ITS DESTINATION WITHIN 14 DAYS (FROM RECEIPT) AND IS UNDAMAGED. WE WILL EVALUATE THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE AND DECIDE ACCORDING TO OUR PREROGATIVES.

To return your product send us an email to info@suryasunglasses.com. Surya is committed to refund the full amount of the product purchased, after assessing the same at the time of shipment and within 30 days from that verification
GIFT RETURNS
Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate in the amount of the gift item’s original purchase price. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
